Which courier do you use for shipping?
We currently use USPS and they are shipped with tracking info.
I haven’t received a shipped email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain eurocarparts.com to your safe senders list.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We usually do not offer refunds but depending on the circumstances we will try our very best to help make things better :)
Can I collect from a local store?
For our safety and yours we do not do local pickup.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
USPS sometimes delivers during the weekend. Please check your tracking info.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We currently are still working on our shop and will try to work on shipping outside of the USA as soon as we can if it's possible.
